The treatment
A quieter kind of bodywork.
The lymphatic system responds to light, intentional touch—not force. Your therapist uses a slow, rhythmic sequence designed to follow natural pathways through the body.
People often choose this treatment when they are feeling puffy, heavy, tender, or simply want a gentler reset. The session is adapted to what is present, including whether facial work feels appropriate.
A good place to begin
Lymphatic Drainage may feel right when…
Puffiness and a sense of heaviness
Gentle work for times when you feel swollen, stagnant, or weighed down.
A lighter-pressure treatment
For anyone who wants therapeutic touch without deep pressure.
Post-travel or seasonal reset
A quiet session when routine, movement, or the seasons have shifted.
Rest and downshifting
Rhythmic bodywork that makes room for the body to settle.

A whole-person approach
Gentle does not mean generic.
Your therapist still makes choices throughout the session: where to begin, which areas need more time, whether the face should be included, and how the pace should change.
Because the work is light, communication matters. Tell us what feels sensitive, what has changed, and whether you are seeking a focused area or a whole-body treatment.
Common questions
Before you book
Is lymphatic massage deep pressure?
No. Manual lymphatic work is intentionally gentle and rhythmic. If your main goal is deeper muscular work, Signature or Deep Tissue Massage will be a better fit.
What is the difference between 60 and 90 minutes?
A 60-minute session keeps the work focused. Ninety minutes creates room for a more complete full-body sequence and may include the face when appropriate.
Can I book during pregnancy?
We offer pregnancy-adapted lymphatic care when appropriate. Please share how far along you are and any medical guidance you have received so we can help you choose the right booking.
Is this appropriate after a procedure?
Please get clearance from your medical provider before booking post-procedure lymphatic work. Call the clinic if you would like to discuss timing before scheduling.
A slower pace
Make room to feel a little lighter.
Choose 60 or 90 minutes. We will shape the session around what your body is asking for that day.
Post-procedure care requires clearance from your medical provider.
