Rest
Rest is for anyone who has trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up feeling like it actually counted. Whether it's a chronic pattern or a rough stretch, the root cause is often the same: the spirit won't settle at night. In TCM, nighttime is Yin time — the body needs weight and stillness, and the Shen (spirit) needs somewhere to anchor. When that core heaviness is missing, the mind keeps running, sleep stays shallow, and rest doesn't restore.
The herbs in Rest address exactly this. Suan Zao Ren and Long Yan Rou nourish and calm the spirit — foundational herbs that have been used for sleep for a very long time. Dragon bone and oyster shell are heavier, mineral-type herbs that physically anchor the Shen and quiet the body. Supporting herbs address two of the most common drivers we see in the clinic: excess heat (which keeps the system revved when it should be winding down) and stress-driven wakefulness. People are often surprised — it's doing what it said it was going to do.
Take 30–60 minutes before bed. Straight from the bottle or stirred into warm water or a sleep-time drink.
