Traditional Ingredients:
Sour Zizyphus Seed (Suan Zao Ren)
The primary shen-calming herb, nourishes the heart and quiets the mind
Longan Fruit (Long Yan Rou)
Tonifies heart blood and calms the spirit
Dragon Bone & Oyster Shell
Mineral-rich anchors that settle restless energy and ground the spirit
Scutellaria (Huang Qin)
Clears heat that disturbs sleep
Bupleurum (Chai Hu)
Regulates qi flow and relieves emotional constraint
Poria (Fu Ling)
Calms the heart and strengthens the spleen

Also contains: Anemarrhena Rhizome, Hematite, Cinnamon Twig, Codonopsis Root, Jujube Fruit, Licorice Root

Other Ingredients: Ethanol (35% ABV), RO/DI Water, Vegetable Glycerin

Instructions: Shake well and take 2 mL (approximately 3 droppers) in the evening to support restful sleep.
During periods of heightened stress or sleeplessness, increase to 2 teaspoons in the evening or as directed by your practitioner.
