All products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@mount-sunny.com and we will resolve the issue for you.
Once your items are shipped, the property is in the care of the carrier. If your items arrive damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please note, Mount Sunny is not responsible for unanticipated delays or lost/stolen packages.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us with at least 24 hours of notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or being charged the full price of the treatment. This policy helps us accommodate other clients and ensures our practitioners' time is respected.
Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so we can keep our studio running without delay!
If you are running late, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your appointment. If our studio decides that you are too late for the appointment that day, we will work to get you rescheduled ASAP.
