If pregnancy is somewhere on the horizon, egg support starts earlier than the month you begin trying. Needed's Egg Quality Support combines targeted antioxidants that support healthy egg development, ovulation, mitochondrial function, and fertility at any age.

The formula includes R-alpha-lipoic acid, acetyl-L-carnitine, PQQ, and green tea extract. It is designed to fit easily alongside a prenatal and can be paired with a separate CoQ10 supplement for additional support. Ideally, begin three to six months before trying to conceive or freezing your eggs.

Per serving: 150 mg R-alpha-lipoic acid, 500 mg acetyl-L-carnitine, 20 mg PQQ, and 100 mg green tea extract

Suggested use: Take two capsules once daily, at least 30 minutes away from food. If you experience nausea, take with a meal.
