Sleep Tea
For the nights when your body is ready to slow down but your mind has not quite caught up. Leaves and Flowers’ Sleep Tea is a caffeine-free botanical infusion made with domestically grown herbs and meant for the hour before bed or any quiet stretch of the day.
The cup is herbaceous and gently minty, with chamomile, skullcap, California poppy, catnip, rose, and lavender. Nothing complicated—just a warm, familiar cue that the day is winding down.
How to brew
For a hot cup, steep 1.5 g of tea in 8 oz of 205°F water for 2–3 minutes, then strain. For a chilled infusion, steep 2.5–4 g in 16 oz of room-temperature water for 1–3 hours on the counter or overnight in the refrigerator, then strain and chill.
30 g loose-leaf tea · approximately 20 servings.
