Palo santo has a warm, woody scent with a little citrus and resin—grounding without feeling heavy. This is an easy one to reach for before meditation, quiet work, or anytime you want a clear transition from one part of the day to the next.

Cedar & Myrrh crafts the sticks in China from sustainably sourced Peruvian palo santo wood, without synthetic fragrance or dyes. The set includes 30 slim sticks, a ceramic holder, and simple washi-style wrapping.

Instructions

1. Hold the stick at a slight downward angle. 2. Light the tip, then gently blow out the flame to release smoke. 3. Place the base into a heat-resistant incense holder. 4. Allow it to smolder and burn naturally. 5. Extinguish in sand or fireproof dish when finished.
