Vitamin D3 and K2 are useful partners: together they support healthy calcium utilization, bone health, and vascular tissue, while vitamin D3 also supports normal immune function. Pure Encapsulations keeps the formula focused, with both nutrients in one hypoallergenic vegetarian capsule.

  • Vitamin D3: 100 mcg (4,000 IU) per capsule
  • Vitamin K2: 100 mcg of menaquinone-7 (MK-7) per capsule
  • Count: 60 capsules

Suggested use: Take one capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a health professional.

Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water) and hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose).

Please note: Vitamin K may be contraindicated with Coumadin (warfarin). If you are pregnant or lactating, have a health condition, or take any medication—particularly blood-thinning medication—consult your health professional before use. Because this product supplies more than 50 mcg (2,000 IU) of vitamin D daily, the maker recommends monitoring blood levels. Keep out of reach of children and use only if the safety seal is intact.
