CERAMICS – Recycled Platter

These ceramics are made with recycled clay from the studio. Scraps from multiple clay bodies are patched or wedged together for a variety of textures and colors.  Then rough shapes are formed, torn, and manipulated for as much variance as possible. Each piece is finished with a rough glaze application that forms unique combinations of color and texture.
